Your package includes one telephone number assigned to you. Incoming calls to this number are professionally answered by a team with your company name, and the caller’s information is forwarded via email. Coworking users have the privilege of unlimited 2-person lounge usage at Plaza Cubes offices. Within the package, all coworking users have the right to use our meeting rooms for 1 hour per month.
If you choose the “All Locations” package among Plaza Cubes virtual office packages, you can work in all of our locations’ coworking spaces.
In coworking, you can plan your work on the desks in the shared workspace areas of the offices where you receive services, and you can also receive all the support services included in your virtual package.
The minimum contract duration for the coworking package is 6 months. For companies with multiple employees, the Coworking Corporate package is designed as an office solution, and the daily usage calculation is based on the number of people working in the shared space and the number of days to be used. Accordingly, we offer metered packages.
We have spacious and conceptually designed lounge areas in all our locations. You can work in these areas according to the scope of your coworking package.
Within the package, all coworking users have the right to use our meeting rooms for 1 hour per month. They simply need to specify their intended usage and reserve the room in advance.
Your package includes the allocation of a telephone number. Calls to this number are answered by a professional team using your company name, and caller information is sent via email.
All documents and mail received on behalf of your company are stored in our mailroom and can be delivered to you as you prefer.
Within the package, all Coworking users have the right to use our meeting rooms for up to 1 hour per month. They can reserve the room in advance to utilize this benefit.
Coworking service, as well as all our virtual office options, does not include a locked locker service within the package. You can rent a locked locker for a standard fee of 50 TL + VAT per month in all our locations.
