Tekfen Tower was developed in 2003 in association with Swanke Hayden Connell Architects Company as a signature building for Istanbul Central Business District.
Being the first “class A” Building in the city center; the construction was held under the standards of ISO 9001/2000-OHSAS 18001.
Tekfen Tower is located on 10.500 m2 land area in Büyükdere Avenue in the Central Business District. 26 storey building block and a tower back platform block over 7 storey basement floor has 80.000 m2 gross area and 33.000 m2 of office area.
